What we do

We provide veteran-to-veteran support for service members transitioning from active duty to civilian life, as well as education and supportive services for their loved ones.

Our goal is to END veteran suicide and to ensure that those who have served our country, can step back into their civilian lives with honor, purpose and hope for a meaningful future.

MISSION

To ensure EVERY United States Veteran receives the care, compassion and support necessary to successfully transition to civilian life and pursue a meaningful future.

Goals

  • Ensure every veteran receives the highest quality of care and EVERY opportunity to recover and heal regardless of limiting factors such as cost or location of service.

  • Establish and maintain harmony and stability in the lives of veterans and their families

  • Eliminate veteran suicide nationwide.

    Values and Principles

Partnership. We bridge the gap between military active duty and discharge by partnering newly discharged veterans with a veteran who has successfully transitioned to civilian life and has similar military experience. This partnership is critical to building a solid foundation from which the discharged vet can reestablish their life post-military.

Purpose. We believe every veteran deserves a renewed sense of purpose as a civilian and feels valued and honored for their military service.

Integrity. We believe in unwavering support and advocacy that prioritizes the needs of the veteran and their family above all else.

Opportunity. We believe all veterans should be afforded every possible opportunity for connection, healing and a sense of empowerment over their lives.

Empathy. We believe it takes a veteran to understand a veteran. Our support staff not only shares the same military background as those they support, they also receives regular evidence-based training about common challenges and self-care opportunities to support their own mental health as well.
